SVCD To DVDR - Sync Problem - Expert Advise Needed

i used VCDGear to change the avseq .dat files to .mpeg,put them through DVD2AVI,then used VFAPI Converter,CEE,then IFOEdit's DVD Author.
the movie's vob's came out ok but the sound is out of sync.while authoring with IFOEdit i put Delay 537ms this is what DVD2AVI gave me

any ideas?

This is how i converted SVCD of Lord of the Rings 2: to DVD format.
1.) i used DVD2AVI to generate the d2v project file from the mpeg files i had.
2.) Used TMPeng to encode the Audio to mp2 file, then Used TMPeng to encode the Vidoe to m2v file
3.) When i have the mp2 and m2v file then i just droped them into DVD Maestro and .. bingo, no problems with audio sync and shit like that. I also had audio sync problem if i didn't use TMPeng's encoded audio.
