how do i check what ram i have installed, how much, in what slots, hardwawre installed, drivers, processors. please help, urgent

You can find things like what CPU you have, how fast it is and how much RAM you have by going to Start>Control Panel>System, you can find out what drivers and what hardware you have by going to Start>Control Panel>System>Hardware> Device Manager, download a program called CPU-Z to find out things like what slots the RAM are in, details about your motherboard and a detailed description of your CPU.
