nvidia 6600 series recommendations

I was looking at Nvidia 6600's to buy, and my buddy told me that the 600GT are the best. They're pretty expensive too. How about the 6600LE or just the plain 6600? Which one is the best? And what are the differences?

The 6600GT & 6800LE are very evenly matched & i think the 6800LE can be had a liitle cheaper (& they can be softmodded to nigh on 6800GT spec in AGP) than a 6600GT or you could go for a X800GT for around the same price ..... the vanilla 6600 is a good card but if your into your gaming then the 6600GT, 6800LE or X800GT would be the way to go ;)
