I use ati 128 pro tv card to capture video. Captured Video jumps sometimes but mostly good. Captured Sound is legible but scratchy. Playing ATI thru cable connect, or cd thru "line in" live does not have a problem. Tried cable thru composite and works ok. DVR has the sound problem. Using the instant capture produces an impossibly irratating loud sound. Sound card appears to work ok. Problem seems to be with ATI setup. Any recorded sound thru card is bad. Using version 7.9 ATI software. windows XP sp2. Any ideas?
