azureus updated yesterday now got problem?

when I opened client it auto updated.So re set my settings.Then closed client and reopened.Download completed ok then dropped down to seed.
On closing client and rebooting PC opened cient to carry on seeding got error message azureus did not shut down properly?Files seeding have gone.I have the files in folder to share but cannot figure out how to get them back into client to seed.Anyone know what to do?

If the torrent file is in the folder can you not just click on the file and it automatically restarts seeding?
