using Fastloader extract to PC folder & under Windows XP, go to a command prompt and use the following:

copy /B part1+part2 final

so part1 is the first extracted file & part2 is the last file (also could use copy /B part1+part2+part3+part4 final)
final is the file you want to create, then just rename final to final.iso & run from PSP.
