My firewall wont turn and I cant do System Restore!!!!!

First of all, my main microsoft firewall is turned off from some unknown source, I didnt do it. Second of all, It wont let me turn it back on.

I've tried to do a system restore and NONE of them work at any point in time. What can I do?

I do a virus scan and this is what comes up:

Trojan.ByteVerify
Trojan.ByteVerify
Trojan.ByteVerify
Trojan.ByteVerify
Adware.180Solutions
Adware.PowerScan
Spyware.Webhancer
Adware.MediaPass

Then, I try to delete them and its says some cannot be deleted. I'm getting very fustrated, can someone please help me?...
