D-link 302G modem or is it modem/router?

I have a D-link 302g modem with a 256k/64k internet with ozemail. and ive been tryna configure torrents so i can atleast make the downloads go at 25kb+ but im having trouble with the fact that its got yellow light meaning that im being firewalled from somewhere now im not using a a router unless the 302g is on i have an etherent cable from my pc to the modem and thats it so ive tryed turning the pc cillin firewall off and real time scanner and still yellow ive even turned off ics jus to see and still yellow and its starting to piss me off becuz ive thru the config menu for the modem and theres nothing on port forwarding so i cant understand wat is firewalling this port im using as liten port (63335. can some shead some light on this for me and plz dont tell me this is all ready here or give me a link to someones guide becuz i have read the majority of them and i havnt found one yet that talks about my modem and im guessing thats the prob
