i have the oem version of nero which i upgraded to the 6.6.0.16 version, would there be a diffence if upgraded to nero ultra 6 ver.6.6. would i be able to edit videos. i was also considering buying TMPGEnc 3.0 XPress, can't decide which is better in the long run, plz help

Oem is not the full version it will only give you limited control over the program oem Nero usually comes with a burner for burning only no editing or compression or anything except burning.
