Hi guys,
Someone post that anydvd has virus trojan horse in it. Is it true??

If it is true why are you guys still using it?

Mate if it does check for the virus by using AVG Antivirus...

As far as i know it clean...

I guess it depends on where you download, but i am sure the one i got from sly-soft has no virus or trojan in it. You hear lots of things on the net.. Consider the source. Maybe someone got a virus and blamed it on AnyDVD??? I am not worried. You can always check a DL file for viruses before you open it also. And do regular complete HD scans just to be safe. Just another rumor.

yeah, the legit verion is virus free. My AV stops any virus or spyware from installing or being downloaded and AnyDVD did not cause any problems.

If you are getting the file from slysoft there is no virus in any of the updates I have downloaded. I know someone had posted about a supposed trojan in RatDVD

As stated above, you have to consider the source of the download. If downloaded from here or Slysoft direct I doubt you will find a virus. I have downloaded so many updates of AnyDVD I stopped counting. Never a problem for me.

i agree with jerry about the downloads. to be on the safe side go to filepedia or slysoft.com , and if ur going bootleg be very careful. for some reason there are people who think its fun or even funny to wreck another persons pc.
