Our friends over @ $0NY have issued a new Japanese Firmware 2.01 It does NOT contain anything new! It will however close the Loophole allowing you to run Unsigend Code though a .tiff Hexpl01t.

It's likely that the rest of the World will see other Offical releases soon though.

Allthogh you could go on the Web to $0NY Japapn and grab it, $0NY are asking People to wait. As the current 2.01 is only for the Japapnes PSP Models 1000, 1000k & 1000KCW.

Why there's no failsafe built-in for the Network Updater??

ALLAS BE WARNED UPDATEING TO 2.01 WILL KILL YOUR HOMEBREW / ISO ON THE PSP, AND YOU'LL NOT BE ABLE TO DOWNGRADE TO EITHER 1.5x OR 2.0.
