Azureus Port Forwarding...Zoom X5?

Hi chaps. Believe me, I have scoured the forum pages to overcome the yellow faces in azureus but no joy so far. Please take a look at screen shots below and see if you can see what I might have missed?
Am using XP, Norton Internet Security, Zoom X5 modem.

Assume 10.0.0.9 is my IP address?

I set this as a static IP address:

[img]C:\Documents and Settings\Matt Oakley\My Documents\My Pictures\xp2.jpeg" border=0>

Would like to use ports 65435 onward for Azureus:

[img]C:\Documents and Settings\Matt Oakley\My Documents\My Pictures\xp1.jpeg" border=0>

Can't find a port forwarding guide for the Zoom X5:

Norton firewall settings:

After all of this I am still getting about 5kb d/l speed for each file and yellow faces. I'm stumped!!

Let me try that again!
