I can't seem to decrypt Incredibles (Disney) with Decrypter. It almost finishes then hangs at 97%. Have tried two different discs and still the same thing. I have no trouble with any other dvd . Can anyone help?

I had no problem with the movie. I ripped the main movie only w/Decrypter, then Shrink re-author [deleted all but 5.1 sound] and burn w/Decrypter.

EDIT ; sig & gif

I had no problems either. I have had the hangup problem with other discs and it turned out they were dirty. I just wash them with warm water and a smidge of hand soap to get all the oils and such off them.

Just as travalon stated the discs may be dirty or badly scratched my kid is pretty rough on discs in which is why I backup in the first place and my first backup was the movie spirit that she wachted day in and day out she went through 3 copies then I had enough so I tried to back it up made 4 coasters and realized the disk had finger prints candy and everything else you name. I cleaned it and presto success. So just check for scratches and clean it really well.
