I have a VOB file that contains all of the various menus found on the DVD I'm backing up. The original is PAL, and I'm converting to NTSC.
I have no problems converting the video over, but my problem is this...

I use DVDLab Pro to re-author, and it has a feature that I can drop still frames from the mpeg preview window onto menus to use as backgrounds, still or motion. However, DVDLab pro only advances by the I frame, and the frame I want is not.
SO...
How can I capture this single frame of video to use as a background?
The frame(s) in question are each 1 frame long, and are of the various chapter menu pages.
I know this has to be easy, but I'm not searching for the proper terms I think.
