where MovieDud thanked the people that helped him along the way that makes him a better DVD burner. I thought it would be great to start a thread that people could thank the ones that helped them accomplish their goals in burning DVDs. So here goes............

alkohol,aabbccdd,squizzle,flip218,jim_dandy,binkie7,hursty,Ppower,
cougar_ii,pulsar,Rotary,borhan9,catfreak,john179,Auslander,and I am sure that there are others that I can't remember and leaving out!
I just thought that it's about time to thank AD and all the people in it that share the wealth!!! Thanks guys for the great work that you do!

Everyone here. All the "old timers" (sorry Creaky, LOL). The stuff I have picked up here has saved me so much time, trouble, and money (no more memorex), I can't think of who all to thank. I just hope all the other people starting out or with problems keep an open mind and listen to the guys here. From the mods, for keepin it clean, to the newbies for listening, it is a great site.
Why do I feel like someone should be handing me a statue about now?
Seriously, thank you all for your patience, your help, your twisted senses of humor (man,I thought I was bad!), and for fighting the evil influx of crappy media that threatens to ruin our poor planet.

Hi there,
I would also have to say thanks to everyone.
Even the newbies, with their questions...
Sometimes they have me scratch my head, and search the internet for answers, and guess what, I learn something during the process...
I think the idea of forums is to share knowledge and make friends, I guess I have succeeded.

and thank you kind sirs for reading my ramblings, my advice, my frustration with non-believers/doubting thomases/troublemakers and the mods for putting up with my constant offensive post reports/requests for gentle slaps for those that misbehave ever so slightly/forum teleport requests. and also thanks for the support from you guys when extra help/expertise is needed, and for dealing with the troublemakers in subtle ways as subtlety is often a more effective weapon than all out war.

Somewhere in the safety valve. It is titled something like: Any gals here at AD
There's several photos of sweet binkie7!
You'll even see ole neph in there.
My picture is on a thread started by mort81 titled: What do you look like? also in the safety valve i believe.

Just stumbled across this thread, been fighting with trying to get in a new furnace, anyone no a good forum for this.
Anyway, thanks IHoe for the mention, I appreciate it. Thanks to everyone at AD from Newbies to Admin for making the forum what it is, which is great. Do not know what I would have done if I had not found it and learned the in/outs of burning. The really great thing about AD is that it is always a learning process, and when you reach an "I don't know" point there are always knowledgeable members to call on.
So to all those knowledgeable members, and I do mean all a big thanks from me. Lately, things have been a little rough in some threads, it is nice to see one that can make you smile, so thanks IHoe for starting it.
As for binkie7, she is definitely a wow and a really sweet lady ;)
