Well at first i was having power calibration errors.. I read the sticky on it but i was still having errors burning... I decided to download and install some drivers, no good, my drive wont read eaighter now.. Now in my device manager i have this:

So i call tech support... Guy tells me to uninstall both the devices and scan for hard ware changes.. Same thing comes up over and over again.. He says "Your drivers are corrupt and you will not be able to get them out of your registry so you need to reinstall windows, optical drives are plug and play, no drivers are needed"... So first of all i CAN NOT resintall windows cuz my optical drive cant read.. I call back today and they gave me an RMA number.. Before i have to go send out my dvd/cd burner, does anyone know what to do?

**I only have 1 drive installed on my computer btw..
