Tech support told me to update my machine, but when I insert the CD with the new loader file on it, the unit does nothing - sits in Stop mode. I've copied only one file to the CD, and finalized it. I've tried burning it on two machines, but still no luck. Any ideas? Tech support is closed until Monday...
