Hey,

I have been noticing, while using Azureus 2.3.0.4, that the total download speed (the D: in the lower right hand corner, or what you see when you hover the mouse of the the tray icon) is higher than the sum of the downloads I have going (especially noticable when I only have one going). Does anyone know whats up with this? Is it some average? Is it downloading secret goverment spyware onto my computer? Eh?
