HI I JUST GOT THE NEW VERIZON FIOS ITS SUPPOSED TO BE GOING 15Mbps
BUT I HAVE ONE PROBLEM MY TORRENTS ARE ONLY GOING AT 70-75KB/S
I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE THEM GO FASTER
BY THE WAY VERIZON GAVE ME A D-LINK DI-604
IF SOMEONE WOULD HELP ME THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL

1 - You will need to assign and open ports on your system/within your firewall and then forward them to your router.

2 - Make sure that you assign you PC with a static IP so that you have a permanent address to direct the ports to. Select your O/S and follow this tutorial to setup a static IP: http://www.portforward.com/networking/staticip.htm

3 - To forward the ports to your router, select the torrent client you are using from this link: http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Dlink/... and follow the tutorial:
