i've read through the threads and i'm stuck i finally got a torrent to download and it's a movie how to i burn it to dvd

What type of files do you have? Win Rar? WinZIP? an .iso? Other?
On average the files are usually WinRAR. If so, find the one that is named .001 or .01 (something like that). Right click on it and extract it to the location of your choice.
The extracted file may be a .VOB or .iso. Sometimes even a Windows Media file, it all depends.

Just extract it and tell me what file you have.

ok that is where i'm lost the file saved the name of the file is a.history.of.violence.cam.VCD-angel
when i open this file i get the following under file name
cd1\angel_hov1.r00
cd1\angel_hov1.r01 and it continues to 30
then
cd1\angel_hov1.rar
cd1\angel_hov1.sfv
then
cd1\angel_hov1.r00 to 32
cd1\angel_hov1.rar
cd1\angel_hov1.sfv

i'm completely lost can you please help me decifer this mess
