MF4 and nero burning problem

I recently got a dual layer dvd burner, that has nero 6 software included, at the same time I got Ulead Movie factory 4. I have no problems making the movie but it will not burn, it does 75% then a pop up comes up saying "Burner busy for another application" However I have no other applications open except windows XP. When I click on OK another pop up comes up saying "Driver not ready" I was told that InCD can mess about with buring so I got rid of that using the Nero InCD remover tool, but I'm still getting the same message every time I try to burn a dvd. I'm trying to burn a dvd of my daughters christening, with some slideshows and a couple of videos set to music, I've also tried to burn just a small video with the same response. I've tried adding it to the video/TS folder but it won't accept it. Any ideas?
