There has been an ammendment to the rules

This means and I have to be specific for everyone to understand this. A direct FILE LINK to download something is PROHIBITTED but a link to another SITE that HOSTS the file is PERMITTED. Example:

If you where to click on a link that said something like www.PSPGame.iso and it IMMEDIATELY downloads a file that is PROHIBITTED

But

If you where to click on a link that brings you to ANOTHER website/forum/place that hosts the downloads for you to get FROM THEM THERE is PERMITTED.
