I'm at college and can't get a direct download URL because of the firewall any help would be great thanks.

Well, first piracy is illegal and is not allowed at Afterdawn. Two Bitlord pro is just usenext.de and you download from newsgroups. Third you can't just download it, you need to get an account because it's a service not software.

Well, that's true to an extent, but discussing downloaded games, movies, music etc. Even linking to torrent sites is allowed.
But I'm not sure about direct linking to P2P programs, I don't see why that isn't allowed, although I would love to be corrected on this one.

Firstly, I have been a member here for well over a year, I think I know AD policy a little better than you. Discussision of pircay, backups etc. is legal. Hotlinking to files is also allowed (I believe). All "piracy" programs can be legally used let us not forget. It is legal to download something if you have the original so please dont get me started.
I looked into it myself and found that it is usenet (like newsgroups )
Does anyone else use this ? Any good ? Says you can download at HTTP speeds I mite try it, I only get 120 kbps on BT, and I have a 2.2MBPS connection. I should imagine I could get 200+kbps on use net.. Suggestions !

Well, I've been a member for over a year too, it's just I don't post as much. Yes discussion of backups is legal and hotlinking to files is also legal. But Quote:

there is nothing illegal about any of this.
otherwise the places/parties would have been closed down.
look at my sig. am i promoting piracy / being a pirate? no. i am showing people how they can download media. if they take it upon themselves to become pirates and download copyrighted stuff, then sobeit.

yes but what he requested wasn't pirated material. it was a software that CAN be used to distribute/extract pirated materials.

no he wanted Bitlord Pro is legal but it can be used to distribute pirated material but it not that, that I'm saying is pirating. He wanted to pirate Bitlord Pro, when he could just get the free Bitlord version or Bitcomet which Bitlord is powered by.

Well you know when you make so many post you status changes to junior memeber, member and so on, well in the old system you were handpicked to become a senior member and that showed you were doing your job and helping out aD, and thats what I want...to be selected to earn my status and not be given do to how many posts I have. Just my take on it.
