My friend at school said he found a program that would make his PSP have the ability to change TV channels on any TV he wants... I thought this sounded like a lie and I was woundering if this is possible. If it is possible could someone help me locate the program so I could show my friend up??

i dont no this could be done but since the psp has infa red then maybe.
but then again u would have to have the same frequency as the tv.
