Coded Arms ISO Question

Hi everyone. I have the Coded Arms ISO and it has a txt file that states "This is for wipeout, want it for another game edit /coded_a/sysdir/boot.bin to point to the prx files on a diff game"
What application do i need to use to modify the boot.bin file?
I had a look on the net but haven't seen anything that describes the process. All help greatly appreciated :)
