MTK Flash for dummies(I cant flash my drive)

Im trying to up grade my firmware In the read me file it says

Original RPC-2 Firmware version BYS3 for the SONY DVD RW DW-D22A
Flash in Windows using "LtnFW"

If the drive is not detected after a misflash, then flash in DOS with mtkflash (1.69 or higher)
Use this command: "mtkflash # w /b BYS3.bin"

well Ltnfw dont work it goes right to 100% and my drive lite blinks RED

and I bin reading guides on how to use mtkflash but I dont understand them I dont no what a boot disc is.

So I need a guide for dummies

(I have 50 verbatim disc that wont work)
4 other types of verbatim work

Please help, Thank you
