i'm trying to set up an ftp but i think qwest is blocking a lot of ports. Does anyone know what ports are NOT blocked. Using port 21 now and doing "ftp://localhost" brings up the ftp fine, but can't access it using the ip address. Keep getting 'windows can not access the folder, be sure you have permission etc etc'. " Ftp services" shows started, so the setup was good.
