Alright there were too many question in there for me to keep reading. Have you tried anything on your own yet? From what I read you know what your doing. Just put the roms wherever you want you can make a new folder or you can put them in the folder with the % or even without the % because most emu's support looking for the files so you can just find the folder w/ your roms in them. I was putting them in the folder with the % at the end then I figured when I reformat my mem card it's just easyer to make a folder named NES roms or Gameboy Roms and stick them anywhere on the disk. Any other questions?

ok, you've done well to get downgraded. Most of the work is done. You can put the roms in a rom folder if you want from within the folder of the emulator. If you're not sure what console the rom you have is made for, take a look at the file extension (the digits after the . in a file name). NEs roms have an extension of .nes. Super NEs game have an extention of .smc (or something like that). Check the bruce lee game you have to see what it is.
The smash bros game that you're probably playing is the homebrew game so it's not actually a rom and doesn't need an emulator. Give more info about this bruce lee game and I'm sure we can get it sorted out.

ps.. as long as you own the original games, you can get pretty much any rom you want off of IRC. go to serchirc.com to locate a channel that suits your needs.

You should have two folders for the emulator. One with a % in the folder name and one without. Put the roms in the folder without the % in the name. Good luck.

PSP/GAMES/NESJER%/ROMs (and my roms go in here)

or should it be like this

PSP/GAMES/NESJER% (with games in this folder?)
