Could any retail PSP's be 2.01 already?

It's 10 days out from the 2.01 release as far as I can see.

I assume there's probably no chance of getting a 2.01 firmware PSP at a major retail tomorrow (Best Buy, Gamestop, etc) right?

Hmm... I would like to know.. Why in the world would you want 2.01? Or are you worried that your psp will have 2.01 on it when you buy it tommarow? I wouldnt assume that the psp's will have 2.01 yet. That's why they try to force you to update. Any other questions... ?

unless u have been living under a rock for the past few months, there's no way to downgrade for firmware v2.0x and later. Tough luck for all those who upgraded to 2.5.
