I have a DMR-e95H with all of the U99 errors and behavior highlighted in this forum. If this were a problem with the IPOD, Apple would have a class action suit filed against them. They did indeed have one slapped on them for lack of performance from the battery. It is clear that this company needs to recall the units and replace them or compensate the buyers of a defective product. Any lawyers out there?
