Nero Recode freezes locks up computer

I installed Nero Recode 2.2.6.1.7 and after I select the folder or files, it locks up my computer. Keeps happening on any dvd. DVD decrypter works fine as do other dvd playing programs. Seems to be a recode problem only. Any ideas what to do? Thanks.

nero recode2,one of my favorite programs....do you use a registry cleaner like reistry mechanic,,maybe there is something blocking some programs,,,also don't forget to use a "decrypter" like AnyDVD [best decrypter ever] to work in conjunction with Nero recode2
