STEALTH Ports?

My ports don't say "OPEN", they say "STEALTH" is this ok? I am having a helluva time getting my Westell 6100 router/modem to get a good BT speed. I have read and searched and read and searched and nothing seems to get me over 20 k/bps. I have my upload ratio right, static ip etc etc...PLEASE HELP!!!

I don't know about BT, but emule has been slow lately for me. Maybe it has something to do with limewire closing the gates. Did you have fast speeds before or always been slow?
