I cant seen to get azureus to work at my university. They make me connect through cisco clean access agent, and i have read the tutorial how to configure but no such luck. I am on a university high speed line, wired.

You need to find out if you're behind a router and if so which one. You may need administrator access to forward your ports. Contact the local campus authorities and see who you need to talk to about opening up ports for bittorrent The default listening port for Azureus is UDP/TCP 6881.
