Can someone explain to me on how to download games for ur psp. I dont get anything about it. I have a torrent called bitlord but thats everything i kno. SO can some please explain step by step on how to do this?

I'm not a Mod., but, I've been here long enough and have taken my part in such discussions with the Mods' here before. The rule is you can talk just about anything you wish. So long as you don't start handing out direct download links, you'll be safe!

To the OP;

You do know that to run Homebrew, Emulators and or Apps., you'll need to downgrade your PSP back to v1.50. As PSP v1.5x ~ 2.x will not support Homebrew at-el. Once you manage that you'll need to download a ISO Loader Program like UMD Emulator 0.8C to run it. Simple as that.

Of couse this assumes that you know what to do with *.zip *.rar, *.iso etc., File(s),....

Torrent is so nasty... the P2P crap is just a nightmare. I refuse to ever touch anything P2P again. (viruses, trojans, fake/modified files, heavy network traffic and shared network just - freaking hell no!).

There's only one way to fly:
-Newsgroup service (http://usenetserver.com/ ($39.99 every 3 months for unlimeted))
+Good binary news reader with NZB (index) file support (http://www.newsleecher.com (best overall and most updated))
+Newsgroup indexing service (http://www.newzbin.com (be lazy...))

Overall it costs about $15 a month for Usenetserver and Newzbin.com ($15 a month is poket change - you make that up with one DVD download). That gets you a single full bandwith no hassle (no P2P network) download. And, 99% of all newgroup files are not fakes or BS crap. The RIAA and such doesn't even haven't newsgroups on the radar - just PSP.

You can use newsgroups for free by downloading x-news program. Your ISP should have a newsgroup that you can acess.. AOL, Verizon, Earthlink, RR.. just some that I know of that have free newsgroups. Also I find Torrents much easyer to find what your looking for than a newsgroup (Sometimes) I use them both though. I would say that if your getting trojans and virus' with your torrents then you need to read peoples remarks on the file your groing to download and scan the files w/ your virus detection programs

Now.. Put the emulator in PSP/GAME there should be 2 folders for your psp one with a % and one without put them both in the GAME folder of your psp then you can stick your ROMS anywhere you want either in one of the folders for the emulator or you can make a new folder named XXXROMS or whatever you want and stick that whereever you please on your psp G'luck get a hold of me if you need anymore help

The newsgroups and Xnews (my favorite newsreader) beats the heck about of just about everyything for downloading whatever. I have Giganews's unlimited service for $24.99 and it's worth every penny. 60 day retention and unlimited download it way better than any Blockbuster pass I eever had. For the most cost conscious Usenetserver is a good deal too but the service isn't as good.
