how to install my dvd shrink iso into my psp

ok guys i have many movies in my computer that are all "ISO" that where done by dvd shrink. How can i convert those files to my psp i have dvdvideo 9 but it would not work or am i doing some thing wrong.

dowload DVD Decrypter, then open up your iso in DVD Decrypter by selecting mode...ISO...read, the browse to your iso then open it up, select the main movie link (this will be the link with the longest time on it,) and unselect the other boxes which appear, cos thewy will just be the startup clips like the intro or some warner bro's logo which you dont need; all this will appear in te window next to the word source.
Extract that file to somewhere on your computer, do that and tell me what happens next ok, and also tell me what it outputs the file as eg AVI mpeg or waht
