Can anyone tell me if this can be done with the Band of Brothers DVD's?

I would like to keep all menus, both episodes, and extras on one DVD for English only. I would like to strip out the Spanish and French audio and subtitiles. By stripping the extra information out, will it fit on one DVD+R?

I have searched and read numerous threads here and elsewhere on ripping B.O.B. with varying degrees of success. I am somewhat new to this and have been using DVDDecrypter and Ifoedit, but have not been successful.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
