i am new here so i hope i get this right. i have a nokia 6585 that im not sure is locked. it powers up and gets to menu and all, no "enter code" screen ever displays. i can even dial but it goes no where.
i cant get the IMEI number using *#06# but using the *3001#12345# i can get into master menu where it says security code is generic 12345.before i finish...the phone is:
Nokia 6585
serial:03813144631
there are #s under the battery but do not believe they are IMEI because all the ones ive seen are all numbers, no letters.
anyway that number and letter sequence is: 0512157IL29TP.
any help would be appreciated.thanx!
