hey i am a 16 yr old girl which says it all. ive just downloaded bit comet and also lime wire...the onyl problem is i really want to open my ports to make downloads faster....now i have read the other forums and they say to open your firewall thing and go to exceptions and everything i have tried that but nothing works i really need someone to run through it step by step....my msn address is **removed** or you can email me at **removed**

i use windows XP and downloads are about 16 kb on a good day and upload i think is about 4 or something any help i would appreciate.
