I need help. Everytime I try to download music or even firmware to my psp a error sign comes up and says Cannot copy.Cannot find the specified file.Make sure you specify the correct path and file name.
I convert my songs to mp3 and just try to move them to the music file.
Can anybody help me with this.

ok here is the common questions i must ask

1.are you using a windows based or mac os based computer

2.do you have usb 2.0

here is why the psp is a usb 2.0 complaint system if your computer has usb 1.1 or older it will pick up the psp but will not let you change or successfully copy anything

you need usb 2.0

i just ran into this problem on my computer and i had to purchase a usb 2.0 card so you may need to update

That was exactly it, because I just went and used my friend usb cable and everything is working great now.
