Hey guys,

Great forum you have here.

Anyway, I own many PSP games but have recently come across the UMD emulator. I've successfully installed it onto my 1GB memory stick but noticed that some games are larger than 1GB (THUG2, Tiger Woods)

I've searched through this forum and have seen YA_UMD_iSO_Shrinker mentioned a lot. How exactly does this work? If it erases some video/audio, I think I'd rather keep my originals, but it would be easier to carry around a memory stick of games than PSP game cases.

Also, when I tried running some backups, sometimes they freeze up and I'll have to power off my PSP and restart it. Is there anything that can be done about this? Why does this happen?

Thanks in advance!

go here and download UMD ISO CHRINKER. http://www.psp-hacks.com/downloads/umdshrnk.zip

your game must be in a .iso format.

after you have downloaded, open the shrinker. select TIGER WOODS (this will not work for THUG 2) and slect the iso. click go.

it will remove the dummy data and will not take out ANYTHING form the game.

DBZB126:

Trying it for TW golf right now. I noticed that this UMD shrinker only works for a couple games.

Is there a more "universal" one that removes more than a couple KB? Haha.

Thanks again.
