Hi,

My friend got the Liteon 5005 recorder the other day and has problems when she is recording a programme. It goes like this... She has the Tv and DVD recorder.When she is recording a programme she is unable to watch anything on her TV. The DVD recorder will be taping channel 1 for example, and if she wants to watch channel 2, she presses 2 on her TV handset, but the picture will not appear. She has tried pressing the AV button on her TV handset but nothing. I tried it on my system, and I get a similar thing. If I'm watching a film on my player (Samsung)but go to turn it over to the TV the picture gets scrambled and the only way to watch it is to turn the player off. Any help? She has an ariel into the back of the dvd recorder and a scart running to the TV. She can watch TV with the recorder off, but once it turns on (recorder)it takes over. Thanks in advance,
