Help just converted a vob to mp4 using imTOO

Hi i used imTOO psp video convertor it gave me 2 files the .mp4 and the .thm file. I copy them too the MP_ROOT/100MNV01

But it does not load up anything shows me no movies on memory stick...

what did i do wrong?
