Does anyone know if this phone I ordered is unlocked?

Also, it says Silver and I paid like $20 extra for this, but in the description it says phones are black. Didn't know if they will be silver and this is just a generic description they use for all the 6230i's.

LASTLY, the point of this...
If I need to unlock it, what do I need to do. I think I need to give you this info. Can you give me a code or whatever and tell me what to do? Thanks. Someone gave me someones card who does this for $50 but it seems that a lot of people are doing it on here and probably not worth it, is it. Anyway PLEASE HELP
