First question how do i back up PSP games, i am only backing them up because fear of my precious UMD Disks getting damaged.

Second question if i downgraded to firmwire 1.51 from 2.oo and my psp broke what would sony do. Would they fix my psp or tell me to go away.

Well they would upgrade it to the latest firmware which is I dunno 2.5? and would only fix it you had a good excuse like I was upgrading to 2.0 and it stopped in the middle suddenly and wouldnt come on, or you dropped it I dunno, I believe act of god is not covered so I dunno have to be careful with you words. As for backing up stuff I believe theres a post on it, fastloader .7 I think it is
