hi
i have mobile phone tool v3.11 and when i try to install the setup file .right in the end i get the massage "Error 1406. Could not write value VersionMinor to key\Products\and here there is a serial number but don't know what is the key about then it says \In stallProperties. Verify that you have a sufficient access to the key.

thats the error i get right before the setup is about the finish

i click the botton Ignore then continue the setup but when i try to turn my motorola v3 it does'n connect to please help
