FLAC files changed to FLA files

I used Nero6 to burn some folders containing audio FLAC files to cdr,
then I tried to install said folders to HDD but some of the FLAC files turned up as FLA files and unable to open said files or to even rename them. I used the " Make Data CD " mode to burn. Help please.
