Every time i try to go to my properties or control panel a "Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Error Report comes up. Any way to fix this?.....

Hi, I have seen this problem a few times and is usually casued by spyware on the system.

First thing I'd do would scan your system with some spyware programs

UPDATE BEFORE RUNNING
---------------------
Adaware
Spybot S&D
Ccleaner
AVG or Anti-Vir

These should find a nasty between them. If not, or if you have already tried these, can you run system restore?

Sometimes rundll32 gets infected and these programs clean it, but they also trash that file which is needed for a lot of windows stuff.

System restore may give you a good version back.

It's not in my answer, it's in my signature field.

I'm thinking of removing it though, it's about 160k, which could slow the page down for dial-up users.
