Hubby's Nokia 3220 Tmobile USA (no current Tmobile service or SIM)
I have tried entering codes without a sim card in the phone with no error message - nothing happed good or bad. So I have tried with my (current) Cingular SIM and phone displays "Phone restricted" - does this mean I need to get this unlocked by cable, how do I find someone local (Eugene, OR)to do this? ARRGGGH...
