I have the Samsung YP-T6. $169 Canadian. 1G flash. FM Radio. Plays MP3 (constant/vbr)WMA (DRM or Not), Ogg, Wav and ASF. Built in recorder. Display is perfect in and out doors (unlike a recent sony product I won't mention) and the sound quality is fantastic. All of this is smaller than my thumb.
