i have version 2.5 but i dont know how to down grade it so can sum1 help me plz.i tried using the 2.0 to 1.50 Downdrader but it did not work. im guessing it does not work for version 2.5 but i feel like im doing sumthing wrong. sumbody plz help me.thx u

I didn't even know 2.5 was out. I havne't really been keeping up with this stuff lately. I can tell you this though, if there is a 2.5 firmware out, you can't downgrade it. For the moment you're stuck. I figured sony wouldn't take long to fix the problem with 2.0 that let you downgrade. They really don't want people running homebrew.

anything is possible, but I highly doubt it. It took quiter a while for the current downgrader to come out. I all depends on how much work sony put into protecting this new version from being hacked. As long as there are dedicated hackers out there, someone will be working to keep homebrew active on the psp. If you're in a hurry and you just bought your psp, try returning it and getting one from elsewhere.

well, the only thing you can do now is to return/exchange your PSP to the store and hope you will get the firmware v2.00 or below.
